A man of many names but most commonly referred to as Santa, decided to take a quick break from the hustle and bustle of the North Pole to come and enjoy all that Sun Peaks Resort has to offer. He's only going to be in town for a few days and as he is quite possibly more popular than Justin Bieber, he will be in hot demand!

Already this week he was spotted at the skating rink on the Family fun night and taking part in a bit of hockey. I managed to snap a few photos of him snowboarding yesterday as he cruised down 5 Mile, took some request and then shredded the terrain park!

It’s back to business as usual for him tomorrow night, but before he leaves on his annual round-the-world journey. Accompany him on a relaxing sleigh ride through Sun Peaks Resort tonight. Or join him for a delicious traditional pancake breakfast at Masa’s on the morning of Christmas Eve, and take advantage of the chance to make any last minute requests to the big man himself, before hitting the slopes.  He’s planning on heading up the mountain after breakfast as well and you’re all invited to join him, as he gets in a few last turns before taking off!
