Event Description
Sun Peaks Adaptive Snow Sports Festival is a celebration of local and provincial events and programs. The festival will highlight the work of Adaptive Sports at Sun Peaks (ASSP) and the Disabled Skiers Association of BC (DSABC).
THURSDAY, JANUARY 28
Registration, 10:00am Registration is being held in the breezeway at the Sun Peaks Village Day Lodge.
CADS Level 2 Instructor Certification Course*, 10:00am
Guesstimation Race Practice Sessions, 10:00am to 2:00pm
FRIDAY, JANUARY 29
Guesstimation Race, 10:00am The winner is the racer whose actual course time is closest to her/his guessed or estimated time. Awards for first, second, and third place.

“Come and Try” Adaptive Sports Equipment Opportunity for the public, both able-bodied and those with disabilities, to come and try adaptive skiing.
Reception at the Delta Sun Peaks Presentation of two new Mountain Man Sit-Skis to ASSP sponsored by the Kamloops North Rotary Club and the Kamloops Blazers Sports Society.
