If you are in need of housing, accommodations are available through Sun Peaks Resort Corporation, property managers, and home owners.

Winter is the busiest time at the resort, so potential applicants are strongly urged to begin their accommodation search prior to October to ensure housing is secured for the upcoming season. This site is an excellent source for accommodations, but staff are encouraged to make the trip to the resort prior to the season and check out the many information boards and ask around.

Little Shuswap Lodge is a shared staff accommodation building. Each unit has four bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a common area. In each unit we provide a full size fridge, a ceramic top stove, counter top appliances, dishes, glass wares, and silver ware. The common area in each unit comes furnished with a queen size pull out couch, coffee and end tables, and a kitchen table with chairs. Within each bedroom there is a single bed, dresser, night stand, and lamp. Tenants are responsible for arranging their own bed and bathroom linens, as well as cable, telephone, and internet service.

The cost per month per person is $425.00 including utilities (excluding cable, telephone, and internet), and is paid through payroll deductions. No other person other than the Licensee shall be allowed to occupy the premises. Bunk rooms are also available upon request for the cost of $250.00 per month.

Once you are hired, please let your manager know if you are interested in living at staff accommodations, and they will begin to make arrangements for you.

Whispering Pines Lodge is a shared dormitory building. The first and second floor units include a kitchen, a bathroom, and two beds. Each unit has a fridge, built-in hot plate, counter top appliances, dishes, glass wares, and silver ware. Each unit also comes furnished with a desk, kitchen table with chairs, wardrobe, and television. Bed and bathroom linens are provided for these units. Tenants are responsible for arranging their own cable, telephone. and internet service.

The cost per month per person is $325.00 including utilities (excluding cable, telephone, and internet), and is paid through payroll deductions. No other person other than the Licensee shall be allowed to occupy the premises. Private rooms are also available upon request.

The hostel is located directly across from the Burfield Quad Chairlift, and is also a short walk along the Valley Trail to the Village. The hostel is an excellent opportunity to meet other staff new to the resort.
