If you are in need of housing, accommodations are available through Sun Peaks Resort Corporation, property managers, and home owners. Winter is the busiest time at the resort, so potential applicants are strongly urged to begin their accommodation search prior to October to ensure housing is secured for the upcoming season. This site is an excellent source for accommodations, but staff are encouraged to make the trip to the resort prior to the season and check out the many information boards and ask around.
Staff housing is available at the Little Shuswap Lodge located at 1130 Alpine Road by the Burfield Chairlift. Accommodation at the Little Shuswap Lodge is only available to Sun Peaks Resort Corporation staff. The Little Shuswap Lodge is a shared apartment building each with four bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a common area. In each unit we provide a full size fridge, a ceramic top stove, counter top appliances, dishes, glass wares, and silver wares. The common area in each unit comes furnished with a queen size pull out couch, coffee and end tables, and a kitchen table with chairs. Within each bedroom is a single bed, dresser, night stand, and lamps. Tenants are responsible for providing their own bedroom and bathroom linens, as well as cable and telephone service.
The cost per month per person is $425 including utilities (not cable or telephone), and is paid through payroll deductions. Each unit is of a single occupancy, and no other person other than the Licensee shall be allowed to occupy the premises.
Once you are hired, please let your manager know if you are interested in living at staff accommodations, and they will begin to make arrangements for you.

This house features a large shared common area up and down, a huge shared kitchen with a BBQ, and in facility laundry. | Sun Peaks International Hostel. If you’re new to the resort and looking for accommodations, the Sun Peaks International Hostel has private and semi-private rooms available for rent. The hostel is located directly across from the Burfield Quad Chairlift, and is also a short walk along the Valley Trail to the Village. The hostel is an excellent opportunity to meet other staff new to the resort. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, a large relaxing lounge area, TV/VCR, internet access, lockers, and laundry facilities.
