Are you presently taking a tourism or ski hill management program; looking for a future in hospitality or ski hill management; or taking a different college or university, but have always wondered about the opportunities within the ski industry? This program could be for you.

Every year Sun Peaks Resort Corporation hires the very best to experience all aspects of employment within the ski industry. Each candidate will work in Lift Operations, Food and Beverage, Retail and Rentals, Guest Services, and Marketing and Events. Each candidate will receive comprehensive training in all departments, and will work in each department for a minimum of one month throughout the season. Marketing and Event experience is throughout the term of employment. At the end of the season our interns participate in a comprehensive summary of employment with Sun Peaks Resort’s executive team. Upon completion of the winter season interns are encouraged to go forward and complete a summer season internship with a focus on golf, and other outdoor activities.

Apprenticeship Program
This program is meant for those presently taking an apprenticeship program, looking for a future in the trades, or has always been interested in a trade’s career. Sun Peaks Resort Corporation offers apprenticeship programs in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and mechanics.
