Delta Sun Peaks Resort
The Delta Sun Peaks Resort is taking on a whole new identity on May 1, 2014 and will become "Sun Peaks Grand Hotel & Conference Centre". The new name was selected to reflect the hotel's outstanding guest facilities, amenities and services.
Everything at the hotel will remain the same, other than the name on the door. The existing ownership, management personnel and employees of the Delta Sun Peaks Resort will all remain the same.
Delta Sun Peaks Resort's management contract expires on April 30, 2014 and both Delta Hotels and Resorts and Sun Peaks Resort have agreed to end their joint agreement.
The newly named Sun Peaks Grand Hotel & Conference Centre, will be managed by a locally-based company as of May 1, 2014. They are committed to continuous improvements including a refurbishment program which has already begun.
The new management of the Delta Sun Peaks Resort will seamlessly integrate future hotel plans with the next phase of the resort's development, which includes additional trails for both winter and summer outdoor adventures.
Moving forward Sun Peaks Grand will work closely with Tourism Sun Peaks and Sun Peaks Mountain Resort Municipality to promote the ongoing growth of the resort as a whole.
Sun Peaks Grand Hotel Amenities
The new Sun Peaks Grand is a full service, luxury hotel. Guests have exclusive use to a health club, which includes three outdoor hot tubs, and indoor entrance to a heated outdoor swimming pool, two massage rooms, sauna, and a well-equipped gym.
Mantles Restaurant & Lounge serves Pacific Northwest cuisine with a regional flare for breakfast, lunch or dinner, with a mountain view scenic patio.
The Sun Peaks Grand Hotel and Conference Centre offers 12,000 square feet of meeting and convention space.
