Event Details

We're stoked to be hosting the Duff Invitational Slopestyle on Sunday, March 17 in the Rockstar Energy Terrain Park! Chris Dufficy will be present and throwing down alongside fellow pro friends, in this inaugural slopestyle event.

Format & Schedule
All riders will compete in a 2 hour jam session, best run counts and top scoring riders will move onto the finals. Each rider will receive two runs in the finals, best of the two counts. In the case of a tie, judges will use second run scores.

9:30am to 11:00am: Open practice

11:00am: Riders' meeting & Harlem Shake

11:30am: First rider drops in for a 2 hour jam session. Riders will drop into the course one at a time by course marshall.

2:00pm:Finals

4:00pm: Awards and prizing, Bottoms Patio.

Judging Criteria
Entrants will be judged on:
*No compulsory tricks and no points designated for any specific tricks during course of regular contest, exceptions listed below for additional SBC Media presented contests.

1. Trick execution and difficulty
2. Progression
3. Variety

Snowboard Canada Backside 180 Contest

SBC Skier Daffy Contest
SBC Skier presents this additional retro challenge to crown the skier with the best Daffy! *Prize pack provided by SBC Skier (SBC Media).

Women’s Open Snowboard: For female snowboarders 16+.

Women’s Open Ski: For female skiers 16+.

Men's Jr. Snowboard: For male snowboarders 16-18

Men's Jr. Ski: For male skiers 16-18

Men’s Open Snowboard: For male snowboarders 19+.

Men’s Open Ski: For male skiers 19+.

Rules & Regulations
> Entrants must be able to ride the advanced terrain park with confidence.
> All participants must have an alpine lift ticket or pass.
> Helmets are mandatory, so don't forget your lid.

Registration from 12:00noon -4:00pm Saturday. 8:00am - 9:00am Sunday. No exceptions will be made for late entries.

*Event proceeds will be donated to the Kamloops Brain Injury Association.
