Village Day Lodge Rental Centre
Conveniently located at the base of the Sunburst and Sundance Express lifts in the Village Day Lodge, arrange your rentals and lift tickets and get out there faster and easier.
Once you've determined which equipment you'd like, you can reserve it in advance online. Making advance reservations is strongly recommended. Taxes All prices are subject to applicable taxes.
Identification and Deposits We require valid identification for all rentals. Valid identification includes a driver’s license, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), government issued identification, and passports. High performance skis and boards require a $500 deposit, as well as identification.
Reservations Online reservations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the desired date that the equipment is needed. Online reservations cannot be cancelled within 12 hours of the start date. All online reservations must be accompanied by full payment, which is fully refundable outside of the 24 hour cancellation limit. Within 12 hours, a 25% portion of the deposit is non refundable.
Damage Waiver Damage waivers are available for $3. Damage waiver covers accidental damage, which may occur to the rental equipment. By accepting the damage waiver Sun Peaks Resort will cover the repair or replacement costs of any accidental damage or breakage that may occur to the equipment as a result of hidden rocks or debris. Please note that this waiver does not cover damage caused by negligence or reckless skiing, nor does it cover loss or theft of equipment. Sun Peaks Resort has locking ski racks available for use, as well as overnight equipment storage for rental equipment to ensure the safety of your gear. Please remember to never leave your gear unattended.
