Alpine Peaks Card - RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, ASSUMPTION OF RISKS, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENTS
All Sun Peaks passes are sold subject to the Sun Peaks Release Agreement. This Release Agreement is between the Pass Holder and Sun Peaks Resort LLP and its directors, officers, employees, instructors, guides, agents, representatives, volunteers, independent contractors, subcontractors, sponsors, successors, assigns and special events organizers, promoters, sponsors and advertisers. It includes a release of liability, waiver of claims and indemnity agreement.
This release agreement is provided in full during the season pass purchase process and must be read and signed by all individuals. A parent or guardian will be required to sign the release agreement for those under the age of 19.

How are 'Alpine Peaks Cards' different from our previous 'Peaks snow cards'?
Alpine Peaks Cards are pre-loaded with 3 or 5 days only with no additional discounts, plus discounts are deeper and available for a limited time.
Can I use My Peaks Card during Christmas and holidays?
You bet! Alpine Peaks Cards have no blackout dates. Use them any day of the winter season.
What happens once I use ALL of My pre-loaded days, can I purchase additional days at a Discount?
No, additional discounted days are not available. Alpine Peaks Cards are pre-loaded with your selected 3 or 5 day days of skiing/riding.
Can I buy more than one card for myself?
Yes, you can buy multiple cards. Just remember Alpine Peaks Cards will be available for a limited time only.
Can I share my Alpine Peaks Card?
No, Alpine Peaks Cards are not transferable. You will be prompted closer to the season start date to upload an image to your store profile or to stop by Guest Services. Fraudulent use of this pass/ticket will result in a $250 fine and suspension of lift privileges.
What happens if I don't use all my pre-loaded days?
Any remaining balance will expire at the end of the last day of the season, April 7, 2024.
If i see a day ticket available at a cheaper rate, can I purchase this day and not use one of my Alpine Peaks Card priced days?
Yes! Purchase the higher discounted ticket and our system will automatically use this dated ticket over your flexible Alpine Peaks Card pre-loaded days.
