Alpine Family Season PASS
Purchase as a family of 4+ and save 10% on your Sun Peaks Resort Alpine Season Passes. The discount applies to the 5 oldest family members (excluding tots) and all subsequent family members are only $100! A family is defined as a minimum of 4 pass holders including at least 1 adult (maximum of 2 adults) and dependent children under the age of 19, living in the same principal residence. Discounted family pass rates apply to the 5 oldest family members (excluding tots). All subsequent family members are $100 or $30 for tots (5 and under). Sun Peaks Resort reserves the right to determine final decisions on all family season pass applications.

Alpine season pass Refund AND termination Option
Protect your purchase and buy with confidence. Available for $30 per person or $75 per family. The Alpine Season Pass Refund and Termination Option must be purchased concurrently with your Alpine Season Pass. This option is strongly recommended for all pass purchases. Under no circumstances will a refund be given to pass holders that do not purchase the refund option.

Buddy Passes - Winter
Buddy passes give you the opportunity to bring a friend for 25% off. Each pass holder will receive five (5) to use over the 2024-25 season. Valid for full day alpine lift tickets only, discount applies to full price tickets and excludes Tot Season Pass. Subject to availability. Blackout dates: December 26 to 31, 2024 and February 14 to 17, 2025.
How to redeem/distribute:
- Visit the online store, log in to your account, click My Account, then select Vouchers.
- Five (5) unique Buddy Vouchers will be present on this page.
- Select the view/print/email button of the voucher you would like to use/distribute. Email the voucher directly to your buddy or print a physical, take a photo of the voucher or send the number to your buddy.
- Your buddy will then enter the voucher code via the online store to complete their purchase.
- Each Buddy Pass Voucher can only be used once, keep these vouchers secure as once they are used they will be deactivated. Additional vouchers will not be provided under any circumstance.

Sun Peaks Resort Alpine Season Pass holders receive 50% off tickets at Whistler Blackcomb.
Ticket quantities will be limited and need to be purchased in advance by calling the Whistler Blackcomb Reservations Centre at 1.800.766.0449. Please provide the service agent with your Sun Peaks season pass number to verify you are an active pass holder and to purchase your ticket over the phone. When you arrive in Whistler Blackcomb, drop by one of the guest service locations to pick up your pre-purchased ticket. ID required.

- The Expedition Season Pass includes two (2) passes. Your Sun Peaks Resort Alpine Season Pass and an Ikon Base Pass. The Sun Peaks Alpine Season Pass is issued by Sun Peaks Resort and the Ikon Base Pass is issued and mailed to you by Ikon Pass.
- The Expedition Season Pass must be purchased to qualify for the Ikon Base Pass add-on.
- The Expedition Season Pass is only available to purchase during the Best Buy and Pre-Season sale periods.
- The Expedition Season Pass is available for families. Purchase as a family of 4+ and save 10% on your Sun Peaks Resort Alpine Season Passes (discount does not apply to the Ikon Base Pass add-on). - The Ikon Base Pass add-on is available for use in the Northern Hemisphere for the 2024-25 winter season and in the Southern Hemisphere for the 2025 winter season. It cannot be used at Sun Peaks Resort.
- Use of the Ikon Base Pass add-on requires that your Sun Peaks Resort Alpine Season Pass be in good standing order. Sun Peaks Resort may hotlist your Sun Peaks Resort Alpine Season Pass and/or your Ikon Base Pass if necessary.
- Blackout dates for the Ikon Base Pass apply; Northern Hemisphere: December 26 to 31, 2024, January 18 to 19, 2025 and February 14 to 16, 2025. Southern Hemisphere details can be found at ikonpass.com.
- By purchasing an Expedition Season Pass that includes an Ikon Base Pass add-on, the buyer understands and agrees to allow Sun Peaks Resort to collect and share personally identifiable information to Ikon Pass. Sun Peaks Resort's Privacy Policy can be viewed here.
- Expedition Season Pass Holders will be contacted by Ikon Pass to complete their details for their Ikon Base Pass. To receive your Ikon Base Pass, Ikon Pass will send you a confirmation email. You will be prompted to create an online profile on ikonpass.com and complete onboarding details (waiver signing, confirm personal details, upload a photo, etc.). Once this profile is created and you add your mailing address to your account, Ikon will mail your Ikon Base Pass directly to you. Passes paid in full will ship within 30 days starting September, passes purchased on a payment plan will ship in November.

What is the Expedition Season Pass?
The Expedition Season Pass is new for winter 2024-25. It includes a Sun Peaks Resort Alpine Season Pass and an Ikon Base Pass add-on (two separate passes).
If I purchase the Refund Option during the purchase process will this apply to the Ikon Base Pass add-on?
No, the Refund Option available during the checkout process is only applicable to the Sun Peaks Resort Alpine Season Pass portion. The Ikon Base Pass add-on is non-refundable. See the Details, Terms and Conditions section above for more information.
When will I receive my pass?
If you purchased your pass on a payment plan, you will get a confirmation email from Ikon Pass in early November. If you paid in full, you will hear from Ikon Pass within 30 days starting in September.
Can I upgrade my pass to an Ikon Pass or Ikon Base Plus Pass?
No. The Ikon Base Pass add-on is not eligible for upgrades.
Can I access Ikon Pass resorts for spring and summer 2024 skiing or riding?

Winter season pass - RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, ASSUMPTION OF RISKS, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENTS
All Sun Peaks passes are sold subject to the Sun Peaks Release Agreement. This Release Agreement is between the Pass Holder and Sun Peaks Resort LLP and its directors, officers, employees, instructors, guides, agents, representatives, volunteers, independent contractors, subcontractors, sponsors, successors, assigns and special events organizers, promoters, sponsors and advertisers. It includes a release of liability, waiver of claims and indemnity agreement.
This release agreement is provided in full during the season pass purchase process and must be read and signed by all individuals. A parent or guardian will be required to sign the release agreement for those under the age of 19.
Sun Peaks Resort Pet Pass
We understand that pets are a beloved part of the family and we share their excitement and enthusiasm for everything outdoors!
This is why we offer a pet pass for your four legged friend for $20 with 75% of proceeds going to the Kamloops and District BC SPCA. Just visit Guest Services in the Village Day Lodge. The pass features a picture of your pet, his/her name and owners phone number. If they head off for a cheeky adventure without you we can easily reunite you with your best friend!
