Grab your clubs and warm up your swing because opening day at Sun Peaks Golf Course is only a few weeks away. Here’s what you need to know heading into the 2022 golf season.
Pro Shop Season Opener Sale
The Pro Shop is kicking off the season with a massive 40% off sale on almost all 2021 soft goods. Located in the Village Day Lodge, the Pro Shop will be open May 20 from 8:00am to 7:30pm. Not to be missed are brands like Adidas, Levelwear, Oakley, and Under Armour.
Changes to Weekend Bookings
Tee times before 12:00pm on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays will now be available for 18 holes only. Booking for 9 holes will continue to be available after 12:00pm Friday through Sunday and all-day Monday through Thursday. Book your tee times online today, via Chronogolf.
Increased Practice Space
The practice area, now located beside the covered bridge and first tee, will see the addition of a third practice net this season. Be sure to stop by before your game to get warmed up.
Lessons
Returning for a second season, Ben Stafford will be providing both playing lessons and swing tune up lessons. Ben joins long time head teaching Pro for the course, Bill Bilton Jr and returning team member Doug Wilkinson. Ben comes to Sun Peaks Golf Course after a 15-year career of playing high level competitive golf around the world. With a passion for growing the game of golf, he utilizes his wide array of experiences and dedication to help you get the most out of your game. Dedication to Environmental Stewardship
We would like to congratulate our Golf Course Superintendent, Keith Lyall, for winning the Canadian Golf Superintendents Association/Rain Bird Environmental Achievement-of-the-Year Award for 2021. Under Keith’s 15 years of leadership, Sun Peaks Golf Course continues to make strides towards improved sustainability.

Golf Package at Sun Peaks Grand
