Event Description

"PAINT OUT" WORKSHOP with Debbie Milner

$150 per person

Fee includes the 2 day workshop, a one day lift pass, supply list and tips for painting outdoors.

Let Debbie guide you through the experience of painting outdoors at Sun Peaks. Capture village ambience and find subjects throughout the charming village on day one and then take to the mountains the second day to paint panoramic vistas or alpine meadows.

Tips will be given on painting preparation and how to how to enhance your own painting style while working in the elements. You will learn how to choose a good composition from the scene around you, paint more spontaneously, how to see and paint the values, colours and light around you, strategic brush work, and more!

Participants can exhibit their finished works at the Art Zone immediately following, and can choose to place their paintings in a silent auction with 80% of the selling amount going to the artist.
