Congratulations on purchasing your season pass or peaks card for this upcoming summer and/or winter! We want you to jump right onto the chairlift as soon as you arrive. Let us help you make that a reality by ensuring your profile is complete before the chairlifts start turning.
Having a valid photo attached to your profile in our online store is necessary for you to use our RFID pass system. If you do not upload a valid photo by the cut-off date, your Mountain Card will be de-activated prior to opening day and you will not be able to access the lifts until a suitable photo is added.
2024 Summer Season Cut-off: June 7, 2024
2024-25 Winter Season Cut-off: November 15, 2024
Instructions for adding a photo to your profile:
- A valid photo for your pass must meet the following criteria:
- Be a headshot/passport style image with a clear view of your face
- No sunglasses or goggles can be worn in the photo
- Only one person can be shown in the image
- Do not use any filters or other enhancements
- Uploaded images will be reviewed by our team. If your profile image does not meet the criteria above, access to the lifts will be blocked until a suitable photo is added.
- You can upload a photo via your online store profile or by visiting Guest Services in person.
- You can view the photo attached to your profile in our online store. Once logged in, there is a small circle showing your photo next to the name on your profile. If there is no photo in this circle on your profile, or if the current photo does not meet the image requirements above, you must upload a new photo.
Example:
- To upload a photo on the online store go to 'My Account', then select the 'New Photo' button. Click the button, select the photo you would like to use, crop, and confirm. Easy!
