Each day at the Sundance Kids Centre is unique, exciting, and filled with fun activities for children 18 months to 5 years old.

Children are entertained with a mixture of indoor play and outdoor activities (weather permitting). Full day programs include lunch, beverages, and snacks. Half day programs include snacks and beverages. The Sundance Kids Centre is located at the base of the Sunburst Express chairlift. Please register for daycare prior to your vacation to ensure availability.
Important Documents to Remember
Upon checking in children at the Sundance Kids Centre, parents or guardians must present the following:
- Proof of medical coverage
- Health Insurance Number
We are required by law to obtain these items in order to meet our licensing regulations. Photocopies of the above are acceptable. Save some time by completing the Emergency Information Form beforehand.
DAYCARE HOURS
April 16, 2019 to November 15, 2019: Open Monday to Saturday from 7:30am to 5:00pm, Sundays from 8:30am to 4:00pm. Subject to change based on bookings. Booking in advance recommended.
November 16, 2019 to April 19, 2020: Open Monday to Saturday from 7:30am to 5:00pm, Sundays from 8:00am to 4:00pm.
SHORT TERM DAYCARE
- Maximum 8 hours per day per child
- Maximum 40 hours within a 30 day period
LONG TERM DAYCARE
- No maximum of hours monthly
- First come, first served basis; book in advance to reserve your space
- Same booking process and policies as short term

Daycare with Lesson Add-Ons
Sun Tots programs are offered seven days a week for skiers aged 3 to 6 and snowboarders aged 3 to 8. Add tot equipment rental to any lesson at a special discounted rate of $17.85, only available at time of booking. Children 5 years and under ski free at Sun Peaks Resort.

Activity nights at the Sundance Kids Centre
Kids can now wrap up an exciting day on the mountain with their very own après! Our activity nights are for children ages 3 to 12 years.
Drop-ins are welcome for all activities but space is limited. We recommend you register in advance with the Sports School at 250.578.5505 or directly at the Sundance Kids Centre at 250.578.5433.

Kids YoGa
Every Monday and Thursday from, November 18, drop the kids off at the Sundance Kids Centre for a 30 minute session of fun, yoga inspired stretching with local yoga instructor Sue Price.
Advance booking is required, sign up at the Sundance Kids Centre prior to 3:30pm.
