

Our Slopeside School Program combines highly trained, professional instructors with a fun, comfortable, and safe setting free of lift lines or crowds. Available Monday to Friday to elementary and secondary schools in British Columbia, Canada, students can enhance their on snow experience while creating lasting memories.
Students will be with a Sun Peaks Resort instructor at all times.
Please note that the Slopeside School Program rates are not available on the following dates:

Alpine Skiing and Snowboarding Groups
Lesson length will vary based on time of arrival and departure. Rental packages include skis, boots, and poles or snowboard and boots. All packages include a mandatory helmet.
- Full day lesson: 10:30am to 12:30pm and 1:30pm to 3:30pm (4 hours)
- Morning lesson: 10:00am to 12:00pm for beginners and advanced (2 hours)

Lessons and equipment cannot be guaranteed if presets are received later than the above timeline requirements. Chaperones arriving on the day of and paying individually will have to pay regular rates. Rental packages include skis, boots, poles and helmet; or snowboard, boots and helmet.

The Annex lunch vouchers
Available exclusively to school groups, the final count must be submitted seven days prior to arrival so vouchers can be applied to the total invoice.

Terms and Conditions
- Slopeside School Program is available Monday to Friday.
- All prices shown are per person, per day, and in Canadian funds.
- Prices include taxes
- Slopeside School Program is only available for schools in British Columbia, Canada.
- School groups require one group leader to organize the trip and one full payment.
- Lessons are mandatory for all Slopeside School Program participants.
- Lesson program availability is as follows; full day lessons: 10:30am to 12:30pm and 1:30pm to 3:30pm (4 hours) and 2 hour lessons: 10:30am to 12:30pm. Students will be with a Sun Peaks Resort instructor/guide/resort representative at all times.
- Groups will be formed at the beginning of the day based on ability levels. Students will be with the same instructor throughout the day.
- Lunch - At 12:30pm the students will be taken to the Annex by the instructors and passed on to the teachers/chaperones until 1:30pm when the instructors will pick them up to continue with the afternoon program.
- Rental ski packages include skis, boots, poles and helmet. Rental snowboarding packages include boots, board, bindings, wrist guards and helmet. Note: helmets are mandatory.
- Rental presets for students and chaperones must be sent two (2) weeks prior to arrival. Lessons and equipment cannot be guaranteed if rental presets are received later than the above timeline requirements.
- Note, children under 8 years old are not able to participate in snowboarding. Please contact us regarding snowboard lessons for children under 8 years old.
- Slopeside School Program is not available during the following dates: December 18, 2022 to January 15, 2023, February 18 to 26, 2023 and March 13 to 24, 2023.
Booking procedure
- Complete the Registration Form provided and email the form back to sales@sunpeaksresort.com. We will register you for the dates required and send a confirmation.

Ski and Snowboard Rental Preset Form
Rental Waiver
Student Information Card - Send Rental Preset and Payment Forms at least two (2) weeks prior to arrival to sales@sunpeaksresort.com. Instructors are booked in advance. This ensures students will be assigned to lessons according to their ability level specified on the rental preset forms.
- An invoice will be sent back to the school for the amount due on the day of arrival.
- Waivers and student information card can be presented on the day of arrival at the resort.
Day of arrival
- You will be greeted at the Annex to discuss safety, lesson times, lesson location and hand out tickets.
- Signed waivers and student information cards must be presented on the day of arrival.
- All students who require rentals will be brought over to the rental shop together and fitted with their rental equipment.
- Any remaining balance on your account can be completed at Guest Services.
- Extra unused tickets can be returned to Guest Services for a refund. Refunds will be issued in the form of a cheque and will be processed within two (2) weeks.
