Coats for Folks

Sun Peaks Resort is pleased to support the annual Coats for Folks donation drive run by the Salvation Army Kamloops, by holding a one-day drive in Sun Peaks to provide you with a convenient, local drop-off location.

In partnership with Thompson Cleaners & Tailors, this program collects, cleans, and distributes in Kamloops, gently used winter coats for those in need.

Do you have winter coats that could be donated? Our local donation drop-off is open Tuesday, October 26, from 8:30am to 1:00pm inside the Village Day Lodge breezeway.  

While all winter jackets are needed, this season, kids jackets and men's L and XL are items in particular need. In addition to coats, the Salvation Army is also accepting snow pants (kids-adult sizes) for those in need.

Thanks for helping us provide some extra warmth to those in need this winter.
