Our alpine wildflowers are at the height of their bloom. Be sure to take a scenic ride on the Sunburst Express chairlift for access to hiking and biking trails, our village will also come alive with a host of entertainers, activities and more.

The Rotary Club of Sun Peaks is proud to present the first annual Sun Peaks Art Summit.

Helicopter Tours with Ok Heli - 9:00am to 5:00pm

Okanagan Mountain Helicopters will be in resort with a Robinson R44 Helicopter and offering 6 minute tours for $45 per person, or 12 minute tours for $75 per person. Tickets are on a first come first serve basis. Located slopeside of The Annex.

reach the peak - tod mountain summit hike - 9:30am to 4:00pm

Join Nancy Greene and the coveted list of “summiteers” that have reached the peak of Mt. Tod, on our seventh annual hike! It is a fun and enjoyable hike suitable for all ages where participants can travel at their own pace.

All kinds of fun including face painting, art workshop, and games!

sun peaks fire rescue - 10:00am to 2:00pm - lower village

Stop by and have a chat with a few of Sun Peaks Firefighters.  Check out the fire truck and learn about fire safety.

Aerial opera - 11:00am, 12:00pm, 1:00pm & 3:30pm - roaming

A veteran of hundreds of street performances across the country this Roaming Diva is here to add a unique touch to our festival. Wearing stilts and carrying a sound system on her belt she will surprise and delight you with big voiced broadway and exquisite opera songs- all packaged in with a refreshing sense of humor. 

Bobs & Lolo - 11:00am to 12:00pm - Upper plaza stage

Bobs & LoLo are four-time JUNO nominated singer-songwriters and stars of the upbeat, musical preschool series - Sing, Dance and Play with Bobs & LoLo (Treehouse TV/Nick Jr Canada) and Action Packed (Telus Optik TV). Recently named Canada's Favourite Kids' Entertainer in a nationwide poll by CBC Music, this dynamic duo is dedicated to connecting children to nature with music, movement and make-believe. Their energetic live performances are guaranteed to have kids on their feet, dancing along and entire families singing their favourite songs!

Ben Klick - 1:00pm - clock tower stage

Ben Klick is a country music guitar slinger and songwriter with three charted singles to date. He's won two British Columbia Country Music Awards, (Website of the Year and Country Club Act of the Year), plus five International Country Music Awards, (Entertainer of the Year, Male Vocalist of the Year, Most Promising Album of the Year, and 2 Songwriter of the Year Awards). This fun loving, interactive storyteller is establishing himself in both Canada and Nashville, opening for acts such as Tanya Tucker, Carrie Underwood, and Toby Keith.

Twin Kennedy - 4:00pm - clock tower stage

3-time Canadian Country Music Award Nominee, Grand Prize Winner of the John Lennon Songwriting Contest & 2-time VIMA Winner for Country Recording and Song of the Year, West Coast sisters Carli and Julie Kennedy, have been making music together since they could talk. With Carli on vocals and guitar, and Julie on vocals and violin, these petite powerhouses will fill your soul with joy and warmth through their seamless harmonies and heartfelt songwriting. 

Sue Foley - 6:30pm - upper plaza stage

Presented by Powder Hounds and Morrisey's Public House, Sue Foley is a multi-award-winning musician and one of the finest blues and roots artists working today. She’s a triple-threat as a lead guitarist, songwriter and vocalist. Foley has a long history of defying convention, and being a positive role model for aspiring, young female musicians. In 2001, she won the prestigious Juno Award and also holds the record for the most Maple Blues Awards in Canada and has earned three Trophees de Blues de France. She has also garnered several nominations at the Blues Music Awards from The Blues Foundation.

MARKET DAY - 9:30AM TO 1:30PM - village stroll

This is a perfect opportunity to bring local, sustainable food to your family's dinner table. Browse products from local farmers, ranchers, and artisans. You'll find fruit, vegetables, meats, seafood, arts, crafts, beauty products, and more. 

kid zone - 9:30am to 1:30pm - the upper village

All kinds of fun including face painting, art workshop, and games!

master gardeners  - 9:30am to 1:30pm  - clock tower square

Volunteers from the Master Gardeners will be here answer questions and to educate the public on environmentally responsible gardening practices.
