AltiTunes comes to Sun Peaks
2026 marks the first AltiTunes festival ever held in Sun Peaks! An all-new location means fresh vibes, a whole new village to explore, and even more skiing and riding in Canada’s second-largest ski area. With festival fun taking place all throughout the village, Sun Peaks Centre Stage will host the weekend’s headliners in style as Western Canada’s largest covered outdoor music venue.

AltiTunes 2025 brought the heat with Bob Moses and Loud Luxury. AltiTunes 2026 is kicking it up a notch with an unbelievable lineup of electronic music that fits the European apres-ski music festival vibe just right. Big DJ names this year include Łaszewo, Devault, Lavern, and Lost Frequencies, and there’s even more to come.

Friday, April 3 - Arrival and Après
Sun Peaks, BC is easy to get to by car, just 45 minutes from Kamloops. The drive takes about 5 hours from Vancouver, or about 3 hours from Kelowna.
Once you’re here, check into your accommodation in the village and let the fun begin. Join us for Apres Bells Fridays, a special tradition where the ringing of the bells across the village at 3:00pm kicks off the time for patio drinks, fireside snacks, and great vibes that roll on into the night. The local pubs and restaurants of Sun Peaks are legendary for their après; it’s the perfect fuel for dancing the night away.

Saturday, April 4 - Slopes and Beats
2 words: Spring! Skiing! Half the fun of this iconic spring music festival at Sun Peaks is soaking in the sun on the slopes. Explore Sun Peaks’ three unique mountains: Sundance, Morrisey, and Mt. Tod. With short lift lines and the second largest ski area in Canada, you’re free to roam the alpine to your heart’s content.
Not a skier or boarder? No problem – there’s so much to do in Sun Peaks village. Hit the shops, stroll the village, or try a new adventure like dogsledding, snowmobiling, or yoga!
On Saturday evening, connect with your crew for another iconic AltiTunes night under the springtime stars. Expect banger after banger from global DJs Lost Frequencies and Lavern as you dance the night away in the mountains.
Sunday, April 5 - Ride and Recharge
Enjoy a restful Sunday in the village with coffee walks and brunch stops! Grab a few more laps on the mountain if you’re craving powder, or else take a rejuvenating stroll down the Valley Trail and recover in the alpine air from a weekend well spent.
