Sun Peaks Resort and Sun Peaks Grand have a zero-tolerance policy for all forms of abuse. Harassment, abuse and aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated.
If this policy is violated, we reserve the right to terminate communications and services. Additionally. we may take further action, including revoking access to resort outlets and facilities.
Safety on the mountain, including here in Sun Peaks Resort, British Columbia, is everyone’s responsibility. The Alpine Responsibility Code – recognized as a national standard in Canada - provides the basic rules of conduct that must be used by all skiers and riders on the mountain. From staying in control to staying off closed trails it is important to follow the code to ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable time for all.
Know the code - be safety conscious. It is your responsibility.
