Breakfast, lunch, and beer - The Annex is a relaxed, family friendly venue to grab a bite before hitting the slopes. Newly renovated and boasting an increased seating capacity, the former Bento's Day Lodge has also received a fully updated interior and brand new menu.
The Annex provides quick and tasty meals for those with a hearty appetite. Drop in to warm up, meet for lunch, or grab a snack for the chairlift.

The Annex provides microwaves for public use and we welcome lunches brought from home, but we ask that guests with their own lunches please use the designated seating area at the West end of the building.
There is also storage space available on a first come, first serve basis. If the storage cubbies are full we ask that guests please store their bags in their vehicles, as bags being placed on the floor of the building is a fire hazard. There is no overnight storage available.
The Annex offers free Wi-Fi provided by Mascon Cable Services. It is available for private functions and evening parties.
Meet Our Chef
Sun Peaks Resorts’ on-mountain dining experiences (Masa’s Bar + Grill, The Annex, Sunburst Bar + Eatery, Café Soleil and Umbrella Café) are overseen by our Executive Chef Hans Stierli. Hans honed his craft in the mountains of his native Switzerland and joined our team after decades of experience running kitchens around the world. With his focus on wholesome, fresh dishes made from scratch with as many local ingredients as possible, you’re sure to find the perfect match for your cravings on one of Hans’ internationally inspired menus. After all, the marriage of delicious food and mountain sports is in his blood!
