Sound Bath at Sun Peaks Yoga

Kayla will take you on a journey of sound with sound healing instruments tuned to allow your body to rest deeply and to help restore energy flow. Let your mind drift as you experience sound waves from the gong, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, tuning forks, chimes, sounds of rain and water, a traditional frame drum and much more. Each sound bath experience is totally immersive and unique. 

All are welcome! We have many props to get you into a comfortable position for this 90 minute Sound Bath. Some folks have been happy to have an eye pillow/mask to help soak up the sound even more.
