Alpine Yoga

Immerse yourself in nature and recharge with an outdoor yoga session surrounded by the stunning alpine beauty of Sun Peaks.

Meet your instructor outside Guest Services before boarding the Sunburst chairlift for the ride to mid-mountain. Once you arrive your group will undertake a short hike through alpine wildflower meadows (25-30 minutes) to a remote mountainside location, before enjoying a 45 minute yoga practice. Once complete, your instructor will lead you on a return hike to the on-mountain Sunburst Lodge.

Advance bookings are recommended. Classes are weather dependent.
Abilities All abilities welcome (different options are introduced for each pose)
Age 13+
Rates

Adult (19+): $93, including lift ticket, hike and yoga
Youth (13-18): $77, including lift ticket, hike and yoga
Yoga mat rental: $12

Applicable taxes will be added to all prices. Rates are in Canadian dollars. Dates and prices may be subject to change without notice.
