Sun Peaks Resort Joins the Mountain Collective

Posted June 3, 2020

We’re excited to announce that Sun Peaks is joining the renowned lineup of resorts in the Mountain Collective for the 2020-21 season!

Sun Peaks is a brand new addition to The Collective, joining the recent additions of Sugarloaf, Maine; Panorama, British Columbia; Grand Targhee, Wyoming and the Chamonix region of France announced earlier this spring. This brings the total number of destinations on the Mountain Collective pass to 23.

As the second largest ski area in Canada and seventh largest in North America, Sun Peaks is thrilled to be connecting with this industry-leading collection of destinations. The value and opportunity for guests from around the world to experience so many incredible places together on one pass is amazing.

- Aidan Kelly, Chief Marketing Officer at Sun Peaks Resort.

The Mountain Collective pass includes:

  • Two days of skiing or riding at each of the 23 partners with no blackout dates
  • A 50% discount on all additional days
  • A bonus third day offer while supplies last

In total, 2020/2021 pass holders can take advantage of 46 ski days across the 23 partner destinations.

In addition, this new partnership brings significant benefit for local Sun Peaks season pass holders too, as our pass holders will receive 50% off on lift tickets purchased at all Mountain Collective resorts. This includes half price skiing at fantastic Western Canadian destinations such as Revelstoke, Panorama, Banff Sunshine, and Lake Louise, along with numerous other top resorts throughout North America and around the globe. Stay tuned, more details on our season pass program for the 2020-21 winter are coming soon!

The Mountain Collective pass is now available for a limited time at the lowest rate of the season at $469 USD for adults (≈$640 CDN) and $99 USD for kids ($135 CDN). Additionally, a $50 USD renewal credit for 2019-2020 passholders will remain in place through early August.
