Meeting Planner

this european-style village is 100% Canadian

The Sun Peaks village appears to be a European transplant. The well-planned community means that not only is your event in a beautiful setting, surrounded by 360 degrees of mountains, but accommodation is conveniently located within walking distance. Your event attendees will be pleased to park their cars for the duration of their stay and walk to every event location. In the evenings, they can meander through the village walkway to the local shops and restaurants with ease.

Along with the architecture, the welcoming atmosphere should also be noted. Sun Peaks locals are disarmingly friendly, unwaveringly inclusive and instinctively open-hearted. It’s hard not to feel a sense of belonging in this community, so expect a tough farewell when it’s time to go back home.

While your event’s keynote speaker will be inspiring, so will the scenic views at Sun Peaks, so be sure to allow ample time for your attendees to experience the local offerings.

Let your team network during a round of golf, brainstorm on the chairlift or socialize while participating in one of the summer or winter activities. Depending on the time of year, Sun Peaks has an activity that will be suitable for your team-building exercises.

In summer, Sun Peaks is home to a gorgeous 18-hole, par 72 Graham Cooke-designed golf course, lift-accessed hiking and mountain biking and a list of summer activities. In winter, take advantage of the diverse ski terrain, experience dog sledding or one of their many winter tours. Sun Peaks is home to concerts, festivals and events all year round.
