Savour Culinary Festival is a multi-day celebration of gastronomy, culture, and creativity, bringing together the region’s most talented chefs, beverage artisans, and cultural visionaries. Designed to delight food lovers and experience seekers alike, the festival offers a diverse lineup of exclusive ticketed dinners and immersive culinary opportunities.
Savour dishes crafted with locally sourced ingredients from Sun Peaks' finest eateries, perfectly paired with artisanal brews, cocktails, and wines. Soak up the spring sun on the slopes and embark upon an unforgettable culinary journey in our mountain village.

Meet our Co-host: Vikram Vij
Celebrated chef, bestselling author, and media personality Vikram Vij is renowned for his elevated, modern approach to Indian cuisine. His flagship restaurant, Vij’s (Vancouver, BC), has been hailed by The New York Times as “easily among the finest Indian restaurants in the world” and recognized with the Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2023, 2024, and 2025. For more than 30 years, diners have flocked to Vij’s to experience signature dishes.
