Pinetree Chalet was built for flexibility to suit many types of group stays: sports and wellness escapes, multi-family getaways, team-building retreats, or simply a great ski vacation with friends and family. Planning a getaway that your group will be happy with involves more than having enough beds. Here, everyone can share meals and spend time together in spacious comfort, with room for the whole group to gather.
We offer several booking options. The 4-bedroom Main House accommodates up to 12 guests in 8 beds. Add the Lodgepole Hideaway when your group needs more sleeping separation or another living space. For up to 16 guests, include the 2-bedroom Sugar Pine Suite. Or book the complete chalet for 6 bedrooms, the Lodgepole bonus sleeping room, 6 bathrooms, up to 15 beds and over 4,000 square feet for your use.
The great room’s distinctive prow design and expansive windows magnify the panoramic mountain views. Everyone can gather around the massive table that seats 16. Settle into the living and family rooms, with seating for 14. A well-equipped kitchen and second full-size fridge in the beverage area make it easy to prepare meals. Lodge quilts, premium bedding, hand-crafted accessories and thoughtful extras give the chalet its distinctive character. The Sugar Pine Suite offers its own kitchen and living area, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and gear foyer—a separate place for part of your group to retreat to while still staying under one roof at the chalet.
Ski directly home from Tod Mountain, then unwind in the open-air hot tub. In summer, step outside and follow the nearby creek to hiking and biking trails. Sun Peaks village, lifts and golf are a short walk away.
