The experience unfolds around an exceptional culinary journey, featuring a relaxed, Italian-inspired grazing feast crafted by acclaimed private chef Andrew Toncini of Toncini Modern Italian. His globally inspired approach blends tradition with bold, unforgettable flavours—designed to be shared, savoured, and talked about long after the last bite.

Guiding the evening’s most playful twist is renowned wine expert Barb Wild, who invites guests into a blind wine tasting challenge unlike any other. Four carefully selected wines are poured without labels or clues. Using only your senses, intuition, and palate, you’ll decide: British Columbia or Italy?
