Ready to turn up the fun on the mountain? Discover our four exciting Kids Adventure Zones, each with their own animal and playful theme. Each zone is designed to spark joy for all the family to explore, play, and make the most of every moment on the slopes!
All Kids Adventure Zones have colourful arrows guiding you to the zone, and they are also marked on the 2025-26 Alpine Trail Map in purple shading with their animal character.

Bears' Lair on Sundance Mountain
No Goldilocks required! On Three Bears run on Sundance Mountain, you’ll find just the right mix of tree glades and playful side bumps in the Bears’ Lair Kids Adventure Zone. This perennial, family favourite blue run is packed with fun for both kids and parents.
Your Adventure:
Slip through the secret entrance into the Bears’ Lair and search for the three winter-sports-loving bears hidden among the glades. Don’t forget to stop at the end for a perfect family photo with the Bears’ Lair sign!
Where to Find It:
Unloading from the Sundance Express chairlift, take a right turn to the start of the Three Bears run. Carry on down Sundance run to find the secret entrance tucked in on the left hand side.
Grouse's Nest on Mt. Morrisey
The Sticks run has always been a favourite for families, and now it hides a surprise in the trees: the Grouse’s Nest Kids Adventure Zone. This easy-going green run is one of the smoothest ways down Mt. Morrisey—perfect for families riding together or for kids ready to step up from the bunny hill.
Your Adventure:
Zoom through a banked slalom-style trail and challenge your crew to a friendly race. As you ride, keep your eyes sharp—how many grouse can you spot perched in the trees or nestled in snowy hideaways?
Where to Find It:
Hop on the Morrisey Express chairlift and turn left at the top to reach this family-friendly green cruiser. The Grouse’s Nest entryway will appear on your left, just after the Home Run exit.
Foxes' Den on Orient Mountain
This one is for the most adventurous skiers and riders. Zoom through tunnels and glide under colourful archways in the Foxes' Den Kids Adventure Zone—a magical spot where fun is around every corner, tucked away between blue runs Cześć and Ausfahrt.
Your Adventure:
Wind your way through fox den–style tunnels and bright archways scattered along this blue level trail. Keep your eyes peeled for the cheeky foxes leaping, bounding, and playing as you ride by!
Where to Find It:
Hop on the Orient chairlift and turn left at the top. Follow the East Village Ski Way and carry on past the turning for Cześć. From there, take the trail down to spot the colourful entry tunnel welcoming you into the Foxes’ Den.
Moose's Cabin on Mt. Tod
Discover a hidden surprise in the woods! Glide down our signature green run, 5 Mile from the Top of the World, and you’ll stumble upon the Moose’s Cabin Kids Adventure Zone—a cozy woodland escape full of twists, turns, and forest friends.
Your Adventure:
Weave through playful whoopy trails that lead to a log cabin perched on a little hill. Along the way, keep watch for the moose family and other woodland critters hiding in the forest. Step inside the cabin to find a moose nestled in with all their friends.
Where to Find It:
From the top of the Burfield and Crystal chairlifts, ride down 5 Mile until you reach the junction with The Other Way run. Look for the ranch-style entryway that marks the start of the zone. When your adventure ends, you’ll cruise back out onto The Other Way run.
