Introduce your little ones to the joy of winter sports with our Tots program. It is designed for children ages 3 to 6 (ski) and 3 to 8 (snowboard).
Choose from one-hour, two-hour, or three-hour lessons to suit your child’s needs. Please note: the minimum age for a three-hour lesson is 5 years old.
Programs run seven days a week and focus on creating a positive first experience on snow. Our instructors build confidence through encouragement and fun, helping kids develop skills at their own pace.
Every Sun Tots lesson features a dedicated one-on-one instructor, ensuring personalized attention and a safe, supportive environment.

We strongly recommend reserving in advance to ensure availability. Advance reservations are especially recommended during holiday periods to help ensure you get the lesson you want.
Age categories ensure lessons are tailored to children's physical, cognitive and social development, promoting safety, effective learning and a comfortable group dynamic, regardless of individual ski ability.
If you didn't receive a confirmation email, contact sportschool@sunpeaksresort.com to enquire about your booking.
To access any lift, including the Learning Zone, all guests must have a lift ticket or a season pass.
Group lessons have either a 3:1 or 5:1 student-to-instructor ratio. Tot lessons have a 1:1 student-to-instructor ratio.
Instructor requests cannot be guaranteed for group lessons. For private lessons, we will assign an instructor based on availability.
Private lessons provide one-on-one instruction tailored to your pace, goals and ability. With your instructor's full attention, you can focus on the skills that matter most to you.
Whether you're learning to ski or snowboard for the first time, refining your technique or returning to the slopes after time away, a private lesson offers a flexible, personalized experience. For example, you might spend time building confidence on blue runs before progressing to more challenging black runs.
