Alpine Season Pass Refund and Termination Option

The Alpine Season Pass Refund and Termination Option is available for $35 per person or $80 per family and must be purchased at the same time as your Alpine Season Pass. This option is strongly recommended for all pass purchases. Under no circumstances will a refund be provided to pass holders who do not purchase the refund option.

Day Tickets, Sports School Lessons, Equipment Rentals and Activities

Guests may submit a cancellation request using the form below for day tickets, Sports School lessons, equipment rentals and activities, subject to applicable terms and conditions. Please review the cancellation and refund policy below to determine eligibility.

Refund and cancellation Policy

As a standard policy, Sun Peaks Resort lift tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Exceptions apply in specific circumstances. The following cancellation and refund policy applies to day tickets, Sports School lessons, equipment rentals and activities:

  • If lift access is fully closed for purchased dates, guests will receive a full refund.
  • If guests are affected by government imposed travel restrictions (by government order), a refund will be provided. This applies to orders restricting travel of the general population and does not apply to any individual cases of restricted travel.
  • If lift access is open, but the guest is unable to travel for any other reason, our standard policy applies (tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable).
