Chairlift Safety
It's important to remember that our lifts are heavy machinery. For the safety of our guests and staff, please follow these tips for loading, riding, and unloading all chairlifts at Sun Peaks Resort to ensure a safe lift ride.
Guests are not permitted to ski or snowboard with an infant in a backpack or any type of baby carrier.
Please note that animals are not permitted on chairlifts. If you have a service dog, contact Guest Services at 250.578.5474 or guestservices@sunpeaksresort.com, and we’ll provide an alternative transportation option for you and your service dog.
Need Help?
Our lift operators are trained to assist guests of all abilities. If you have questions, need extra time, or are riding with children, please let an attendant know. We are happy to help ensure a safe and comfortable experience for everyone.
