Registration for the TELUS Nancy Greene Alpine Classic is now full
The TELUS Nancy Greene Alpine Classic (TNGAC) fundraising event is returning for its 29th edition, and we're more committed than ever to bringing joy back on the slopes!
Save the date and be part of this classic event on Saturday, January 31, 2026. You won't want to miss the fun on the Powder Ventures Cross Course track.
Come as a four-person ski/snowboard team, with coaching and practice available on Friday, January 30, 2026.

SUPPORTING THE SUN PEAKS COMMUNITY
Besides having a good time, you know you'll be contributing to a great cause. The TELUS Nancy Greene Alpine Classic is a major fundraising event for the Sun Peaks community.
We are proud that the past donations helped the Sun Peaks Community Health Centre become a reality. We are now raising money to support education in Sun Peaks, where over 160 students from K-12 are currently educated in temporary portable classrooms. Our dream is for a community school that will be an education centre, including a library and a full-sized gymnasium for everyone, regardless of age. We appreciate your help in building this dream together!
The funds raised will support the Sun Peaks Education Society (SPES) as the primary beneficiary, while we also continue our traditional donation to the Royal Inland Hospital Foundation. Part of the SPES funds raised support the Sun Peaks Secondary Academy - the local high school - which provides a fantastic learning opportunity for kids from grades 9 to 12 who continue their education.

What do you need to know before registering?
Who is this event for?
This event is open to skiers and snowboarders, aged 19+, in teams of four.
How many people are ALLOWED in a team?
The race is for teams of four (4).
Do you have to be a professional racer?
All ability levels are welcome (no previous race experience required).
Do our teams have to be one kind of discipline?
Teams can be all-ski, all-snowboard, or mixed discipline.
How do we qualify for prizes?
Each team must include at least one member of the opposite gender to qualify for awards.
How much is it to register?
