Sun Peaks Canadian National Downhill Mountain Bike Championships
Sun Peaks hosts the 2026 Canadian National Downhill Mountain Bike Championships as part of the Dunbar Summer Series. Taking place July 24 to 26, 2026, at Sun Peaks Bike Park, this premier event brings together top downhill riders from across Canada.
Spectators are welcome to watch the action trackside, or register to compete in a full weekend of downhill mountain bike racing.

Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteers are needed as course marshals for this event. Get up close to the action, enjoy lunch and be entered into a volunteer prize draw for great prizes.
All Saturday and Sunday volunteers must report to the registration area by 8:3am to ensure they are on the hill and in position by 10:00am.
