Sun Peaks Resort LLP Pay Transparency Report

Sun Peaks Resort LLP (SPR LLP) is committed to fair, transparent, and equitable pay across our organization. Each year, we conduct a benchmarking exercise to help inform our compensation practices, using external market data as well as a focus on internal equity, which includes gender pay equity. Over the course of the year, our workforce numbers evolve considerably by season, from a core year-round team of about 150 to more than 600 employees in winter – our busiest season.

In accordance with the BC Pay Transparency Act, our 2024 Pay Transparency Report has been prepared, and reflects our diverse mix of roles and responsibilities as well as factors impacting pay over the course of the year.
