A Taste of Italy with Chef Massimo Capra

Born in Italy, Chef Massimo Capra is the host of his own TV show Gourmet Escapes, is a regular guest expert on City TV's long running Cityline, chef host on the Food Network hit series Restaurant Makeover, and a judge on the hit show Chopped Canada. He is the author of One Pot Italian and Three Chefs: The Kitchen Men, which received a Gold Canadian Culinary Book Award in 2011, and is the food editor for Canadian Home Trends magazine.
