Sun Peaks Resort is proud to support the Kamloops Premiere of After The Snowfall, by Matchstick Productions, at the Paramount Theatre on Thursday, November 20, 2025. This event is a partnership between the TRU Students’ Union, the Sun Peaks Freestyle Club, and Kamloops Search & Rescue.

After the Snowfall is a breathtaking ski film that explores the soul of modern ski culture and the endless pursuit of snow. Traveling from the spines of Alaska to the fjords of Norway and the powder-laden peaks of Japan, the world’s top skiers push boundaries against nature’s rawest backdrops. With stunning cinematography and powerful storytelling, the film reveals not only the risks and rewards of life in the mountains but also the deep passion that drives skiers to chase winter again.

Prizes: Following the screening, we will be giving away exciting door prizes including; lift tickets to Sun Peaks Resort, an AST course from Colwest Alpine Adventures, and gift cards to local ski and bike shops.

General Admission: $15 General Admission or $10 for TRU students. 

Proceeds from the ticket sales are shared as a fundraiser for the Sun Peaks Freestyle Club, the TRU Foundation, and Kamloops Search & Rescue to fund an award for TRU Students in the Adventure Program.
