On April 15, enjoy a multi-course dining experience featuring Phantom Creek Estates of Oliver, BC. Each course is carefully paired to complement the winery’s portfolio, creating a seamless progression of flavours throughout the evening.
Set around the table, this is an experience designed for connection, conversation and a deeper appreciation of both cuisine and wine.
Located on the Black Sage Bench in Oliver, BC, Phantom Creek Estates is a family-owned winery rooted in a commitment to organic farming and sustainable vineyard practices. All estate vineyards are certified organic, with a focus on fostering a healthy vineyard ecosystem and working in balance with nature.
With vineyards across some of the South Okanagan’s most historic sites, Phantom Creek produces wines that reflect their origin, guided by a long-term vision for quality and stewardship of the land.
