Travel the world through a three-part immersive dining experience led by Executive Chef Kartik, who will guide guests on a rich, sensory journey through unique culinary landscapes.
The first leg of the journey lands you in Singapore where you will experience the unique hawker culture of Singapore, with unique twists on the classic street foods.
Each course will be introduced by Chef Kartik, who will share personal stories, culinary insights, and the cultural inspirations behind every plate.
Appetizer: Char kway teow, stir-fried flat rice noodles with prawns, vegetables, and soy sauce, served hot.
Main course: Singapore laksa, a spicy noodle soup made with a rich and flavorful broth and rice noodles, topped with chicken, shrimp, and tofu. Garnished with cilantro, lime leaves, and sambal chili sauce.
Dessert: Ube ice cream, purple taro ice cream with jackfruit and mango.
