Story Behind Butter Chicken:
Butter Chicken, or murgh makhani, originates from the iconic streets of Old Delhi. This beloved dish was serendipitously created at the renowned Moti Mahal restaurant by combining leftover tandoori chicken with a rich tomato and ghee-based sauce. While variations have emerged to suit North American tastes, this class will teach you the original recipe, celebrated for its creamy texture and balanced spices.
