Celebrate New Year's Eve in style at Mantles with an exquisite feast featuring a lavish selection of dishes. Begin your culinary journey with a buffet offering of fresh breads, vibrant salads, and gourmet appetizers such as Thai prawns, chicken bacon bites, and a tempting antipasto platter. For the main course, select from indulgent plated options like Sterling Silver beef tenderloin with lobster, Fraser Valley duck breast, or a savory 12-spiced cauliflower steak, all paired with decadent sides. Conclude your meal with a sweet finale from our dessert station, including Black Forest gateau, cheesecake, a selection of fine cheeses, and flambeed pears in citrus butterscotch sauce.
If you’d like champagne or sparkling wine awaiting you upon arrival, simply leave a note, and we will reach out with a list of options.
