Art Zone Sun Peaks are proud to present this Plein Air Painting Workshop with Debbie Milner-Lively. Spend the day in the beautiful Sun Peaks area painting outside!

In this workshop, Debbie will introduce you to the amazing experience of capturing the beautiful outdoors on canvas.
You will learn how to choose a good composition from the vista around you, paint more spontaneously, learn to see and paint values, colours and light, strategic brush work, and more!
This workshop is for newbies to Plein air or those who want to refine their skills. Debbie loves to share how painting ‘Plein Air’ can drastically charge your art and show you how to see differently, (for example), seeing shapes rather than objects which helps you to simplify and paint quicker and keep your work fresh.
You’ll receive a hand out with Debbie’s Plein Air techniques.

SUPPLIES:
• Participants can work in acrylics, oils or watercolour.
