Work deep into the fascia with a 75 minute Yin class, with longer held poses to help open up the body and emotions, gentle supported movements will allow you to teach your body and mind to handle stress as it comes in its many forms.
Learn more about your true self as we follow our yin practice with a 45 minute Yoga Nidra, working through the many layers of consciousness and Koshas your true self will be revealed.
What to Bring:
Dress in light, comfortable clothing that allows movement (zippers are not recommended), bring a pillow, light blanket or scarf and water bottle.
