Two people ride fat bikes on a snowy forest trail.

Explore Snow-Covered Trails on Two Wheels

Another fun activity for you to partake in to enjoy the fresh mountain air and beautiful surroundings. Similar to regular mountain bikes, fat bikes are intended for off-road cycling with wider, oversized tires to handle the snow.

Enjoy a ride on our Valley Trail network, winding from the village centre around the west end of the resort and up through the east village area. More experienced riders can test their skills on the new Family Man Loop, a fun singletrack option close to the village.

You’ll also find a number of dedicated fat bike trails suited to different levels, including Green Goblin, a short green trail, Phat Rabbit, a blue trail, and Black Rabbit for those seeking a challenge. Snakes and Ladders serves as the main climb trail, providing access to short loops on Phat Rabbit as well as full connection to the rest of the network.

For a longer outing, venture onto the designated fat bike loop on the Nordic network (Village, McGillivray Lake, and Raven Return). Please note that fat bikes are only permitted on Nordic trails specifically designated as shared use. Check out the map below for more information on all routes.

Please review all usage requirements, restrictions and current weather conditions before getting on your bike to ensure the safety and enjoyment of yourself and other guests.
