Alpine Peaks Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no blackout dates. Any remaining balance expires April 4, 2027. All prices are quoted per person. Rates are in Canadian dollars. All Sun Peaks passes are sold subject to the Sun Peaks Release Agreement. This Release Agreement is between the Pass Holder and Sun Peaks Resort LLP and its directors, officers, employees, instructors, guides, agents, representatives, volunteers, independent contractors, subcontractors, sponsors, successors, assigns and special events organizers, promoters, sponsors and advertisers. It includes a release of liability, waiver of claims and indemnity agreement.
This release agreement is provided in full during the season pass purchase process and must be read and signed by all individuals. A parent or guardian will be required to sign the release agreement for those under the age of 19.
The Alpine Peaks Card Refund and Termination Option must be purchased at the same time as your Peaks Card. Under no circumstances will a refund be provided to cardholders who do not purchase the refund option.

If your purchase is eligible for payment with Affirm, the option will be presented at checkout. After confirming your phone number, you’ll be sent a one-time SMS password to confirm your identity. You’ll then enter a few details for a real-time decision. If you’re approved, you will have the option to set up your repayment method with Affirm and accept the terms of your payment plan.
When creating an Affirm account and seeing if you qualify, a soft credit check is performed. Soft credit checks will not affect your credit rating
Affirm does not charge late, NSF, annual, pre-payment or any other hidden fees.
Affirm currently accepts pre-authorized debits from your Canadian bank account or a debit card. Available payment methods may vary depending on the payment plan selected. Please note that prepaid cards are not accepted.

Purchases made using Affirm are subject to the merchant’s standard return policy. Any returns will be processed by the merchant and your Affirm balance will be reduced, cancelled, or refunded accordingly. If the merchant has provided a refund to you via a gift card, you must still continue repaying your installment plan in full. For information on returns, review the merchant’s return policy.

Can I buy more than one card for myself?
Yes. You can purchase multiple cards while they are available. Alpine Peaks Cards are only available for a limited time.
Is there a family or group Peaks Card option?
No, Peaks Cards are sold individually and cannot be shared between multiple people.
Can I share my Alpine Peaks Card?
No, Alpine Peaks Cards are non-transferable. Before the season begins, you'll be prompted to upload a photo to your store profile or visit Guest Services. Fraudulent use of the card will result in a $250 fine and suspension of lift privileges.
Can I use my Alpine Peaks Card during Christmas and holidays?
Yes. There are no blackout dates. Use your Alpine Peaks Card any day of the winter season.
Do I need to use my days consecutively, or can I space them out?
You can space out your days throughout the season. They do not need to be used consecutively.
Can I use my Peaks Card at partner resorts?
No, Peaks Cards are valid for winter lift access at Sun Peaks Resort only.
Can I use my Peaks Card for special events or races?
Yes, your Peaks Card grants lift access for special events, races, and privately ticketed activities unless otherwise specified.
Can I use my Peaks Card to bring a friend at a discount?
No, the Peaks Card is valid only for the cardholder. Friends and family will need to purchase their own tickets or passes.
If I see a day ticket available at a cheaper rate, can I purchase it instead of using one of my Alpine Peaks Card days?
Yes! If you purchase a dated day ticket at a lower price, our system will automatically apply that ticket first before deducting from your pre-loaded Alpine Peaks Card days.
Are the 10% discounts stackable with other promotions?
Discounts cannot be combined with other discount programs, promotions, or sale items.
Do the 10% discounts apply every time I visit, or only when using a Peaks Card day?
Discounts apply every time you visit during the 2026-27 winter operating season, regardless of whether you’re redeeming a ski day.
Can I combine two 3-Day Cards to get the perks of a 5-Day Card?
You can combine multiple Alpine Peaks Cards for more days on the mountain. However, perks are only included with 5-Day and 10-Day card purchases and do not apply when combining lower day amounts.
If I use all my days, do I still get perks?
Yes, perks apply for the entire 2026-27 winter operating season.
Does the Peaks Card grant me priority lift access or VIP benefits?
No, the Peaks Card includes lift access and applicable discounts but does not provide priority lift access or VIP privileges.
Can I upgrade my Alpine Peaks Card later in the season?
Yes, you can upgrade your card to any higher day amount, such as from 3-Day to 5-Day, from 5-Day to 10-Day or directly from 3-Day to 10-Day, until December 15, 2026.
If I buy a 10-Day Peaks Card but only use 5 days, can I downgrade?
No, downgrades are not available after purchase.
Can I gift my Peaks Card if I haven’t used it?
No, Peaks Cards are non-transferable, even if unused.
If I received a bonus day through Early Buy, can I get a refund on just the bonus day?
No, the bonus day is complimentary and cannot be refunded.
What happens if I don’t use all my pre-loaded days?
Any unused days will expire at the end of the winter season, on April 4, 2027.
Can I transfer my Peaks Card to next season if I don’t use it?
No, Peaks Cards expire at the end of the current winter season and cannot be carried over.
What if I lose my Peaks Card?
Lost RFID cards can be reissued for a $5 + tax replacement fee. Please visit Guest Services for assistance.
