Immerse yourself in the alpine with this unique hike-and-yoga experience. Wander through wildflower meadows before settling into a guided outdoor practice surrounded by breathtaking views. Offered daily, this 3-hour experience is the perfect complement to your time on the trails.

Adaptive Sports at Sun Peaks
Adaptive Sports Sun Peaks (ASSP) is an independent not-for-profit organization providing accessible outdoor adventures at Sun Peaks for people living with disabilities and neurodivergent individuals. Through adaptive ski, snowboard and bike programs, certified instructors and trained guides help guests of all ages experience the mountain.

Importance of Advance Reservations
Although we accept drop-ins for lessons, we strongly recommend reserving in advance to ensure availability. Advance reservations are especially recommended during holiday periods to help ensure you get the lesson you want.
Booking and payment policies
- All lessons must be paid in full at the time of booking.
- A $15 administration fee applies to cancellations made within one week of your reserved lesson. The fee also applies to schedule changes made within 24 hours of the lesson start time.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of your reserved lesson.
- No refunds will be issued for missed lessons.
- All rates are in Canadian dollars.
