What to Bring on a Hiking Tour
Water, appropriate footwear, bug spray, suitable clothing and sunscreen.

On Mountain Alpine Yoga Experience
Immerse yourself in nature and recharge with an outdoor yoga session surrounded by the stunning alpine beauty of Sun Peaks.
Meet your instructor outside Guest Services before boarding the Sunburst chairlift for a ride to mid-mountain. Upon arrival, your group will embark on a 30-minute hike through alpine wildflower meadows to a secluded mountainside location. There, you’ll enjoy a 45-minute yoga practice. Afterward, your instructor will guide you on a return hike to the on-mountain Sunburst Lodge.
What to Bring to Alpine Yoga
Water, towel, bug spray, suitable clothing, sunscreen and a yoga mat ($14 rental available).

Importance of advance reservations
Although we do take drop-ins for lessons, we strongly recommend making a reservation in advance to ensure availability. Making advance reservations during holiday periods is a must to guarantee you get the lesson you want.
Booking and payment policies
- All lessons must be paid in full at the time of booking.
- A $15.00 administration fee applies to cancellations within one week of your reserved lesson. It also applies to any schedule changes within 24 hours of start time.
- For cancellations within 24 hours of your reserved lesson time, no refunds will be issued.
- No refunds will be issued for missed lessons.
- All rates are in Canadian dollars.
