Yoga For Young Humans Series with Sun Peaks Yoga

Join the Sun Peaks Yoga studio for a new 6 week series: Yoga for Young Humans. Little ones will have an opportunity to make new friends, learn new skills, and expend their energy on their mat.

Kids age 4 to 6, can enjoy mindful movement through a yoga practice, games, songs, and artistic outlets. They can also expect stories and the opportunity to learn relaxation techniques at the end of every class.

Kids age 7 - 9, will be treated to a different theme each week, and will enjoy mindful movement through a yoga practice, games, songs, and artistic outlets. They can also expect to read stories and the opportunity to learn relaxation techniques at the end of every class.
