Over 30 years ago, Banff Centre Mountain Film and Book Festival began an outreach program to bring the Festival to other communities. This has become known as Banff Centre Mountain Film Festival World Tour. The Banff Centre Mountain Film Festival World Tour now reaches over 40 countries, bringing mountain films to an audience of more than 550,000 worldwide in approximately 550 locations.

This is your chance to experience one of the world’s most celebrated mountain culture festivals. Featuring a curated selection of award‑winners and audience favourites drawn from over 400 submissions each year. The films will bring breathtaking mountain vistas, compelling environmental stories, and adrenaline-filled action into the heart of our resort.
