Top of the World
Elevation: 2,080m
This weekend is an immersion into yoga: Body. Mind. Spirit.
The practice of yoga is often a haven to practitioners from daily issues. We get out of tune with ourselves and the world around us, here we will tune in again. A strong focus will be placed on the roots of yoga as guided by various translations of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and branching out into various styles of yoga practice to help you find what works best for you.
Each participant will also receive one online follow up yoga therapy appointment to check in after the retreat and see how the practices are integrating into daily life.
