Join us at Mantles Restaurant for an intimate evening of exceptional food and wine as part of our Harvest Table Wine Dinner series, where thoughtfully crafted menus are paired with standout wineries from across British Columbia.
On April 1, enjoy a multi-course dining experience featuring Stoneboat Vineyards of Oliver, BC. Each course is carefully paired to complement the winery’s portfolio, creating a seamless progression of flavours from first pour to final course.
Set around the table, this is an evening designed for connection, conversation and a deeper appreciation of both cuisine and wine.
About Stoneboat Vineyards
Located on the Black Sage Bench in Oliver, BC, Stoneboat Vineyards is a family-owned winery guided by a philosophy of thoughtful farming and minimal-intervention winemaking. By working in harmony with nature, the team allows each vineyard block to express its unique character. The result is a portfolio of wines that reflect the distinct growing conditions of the South Okanagan.
