Each evening is an exclusive chapter, blending seasonal and authentic ingredients, global flavours, and the artistry of our culinary team. Every course is introduced by Chef Kartik, who shares his stories, insights, and cultural influences behind each dish.
Begin the series in Chef Kartik’s homeland of India, where the vibrant streets inspire an evening rich with colours, spices, and stories. This dinner celebrates the diversity of Indian cuisine, from coastal influences and fragrant curries to bold northern flavours. Each plate reflects heritage and heart, inviting guests to experience the warmth of Indian hospitality
Appetizer: Ragda Pattice
A popular Mumbai street food dish consisting of mashed potato patties (pattice) served with a spicy white pea curry (ragda), chutney, chopped onions, cilantro, and sev (chickpea vermicelli).
Main Course: Kathi Roll
A popular street food from Kolkata, featuring a juicy chicken tikka (marinated in spices and yogurt) wrapped in a flaky, buttery paratha (flatbread) with sautéed onions, cilantro, and fresh mint and cilantro chutney.
Dessert: Gajar Ka Halwa
A traditional North Indian dessert made with grated carrots, milk, cream sugar, and ghee flavored with cardamom and garnished with chopped nuts.
