The Chef's Travel Dinner Series takes guests through a three-part immersive dining experience led by Executive Chef Kartik, who guides guests on a sensory journey through rich culinary landscapes that have been inspired by his time spent in those countries. Each evening is an exclusive chapter, blending seasonal and authentic ingredients, global flavours, and the artistry of our culinary team. Every course is introduced by Chef Kartik, who shares his stories, insights, and cultural influences behind each dish.

Grand Flavours of the Pharaohs of Egypt

The final chapter transports guests to Egypt, a land shaped by ancient culinary traditions and the life-giving Nile. This evening showcases flavours from Cairo, Alexandria, and Sharm El Shaikh, inviting you into the world of pharaohs and pyramids, where fragrant herbs and time-honoured dishes have been cherished for centuries.

Appetizer: Betinjan Meqli 
Delicious Middle Eastern fried eggplant salad made with fried eggplant cubes, bell pepper, onion, and a homemade garlic vinaigrette.

Main Course: Egyptian Koshari 
Rice, vermicelli, chickpeas, fried onions, beef, garlic tomato sauce, parsley & fresh coriander.

Dessert: Egyptian Baklava 
Crispy layers of phyllo pastry stuffed with mixed nuts and drizzled with unique syrup flavoured with rose, jasmine water & lime juice.
